Happy Birthday Livvy, I Love You!!!

Olivia was born June 13th 2006. She weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces and was 19 inches long. Livvy is my sweet little tender-heart. I call her Livvy, Luvvy, Luvvy Wuvvy, Peanut, Peanut Butter and Tinkerbell.

Olivia with her big sister Nora (Livvy 2 months, Nora 21 months)
Olivia at 11 months old.
Olivia on her first birthday eating her cake (it was an ice cream cone cake but it was mutilated).
Some of Livvy's favorite things; eskimo kisses from mom, Elmo Sheet (Sesame Street), nacks (fruit snack), appa duce (apple juice), baby dolls, babas (bottles), read bicks (books), eye keem (ice cream). Some of my favorite things about Livvy is at night before bed we give eskimo kisses and I say "I wubba wubba wubba you." Also she has a little underbite so when she smiles she shows her bottom teeth instead of her top.
These are classic pictures of Livvy. It is difficult to get her to smile in a picture and to keep her eyes open. When she says cheese for the camera she closes her eyes.
I can't believe that my baby is two years old. I Luvvy you my Livvy.

Splashing into Summer

It is a good thing it stopped raining up here in good ole Cache Valley. I was about ready to move. Every morning when I woke up the first thing I did was peek out through the blinds. Every morning was the same thing for what felt like years -- rain. It really only lasted a week or two but I was going stir crazy. I was anxious to get into the summer activities. I had already cancelled two pool trips with my sister. I was fed up. We went to a family reunion on the 12th (I'll post pictures later)and when we got home it was no longer rainy, finally summer was here. Hallelujah!!

I cannot believe it is already June 25th. Crazy!! This summer is going to fly by I just know it. It seems like we have been busy with the usual summer activities. Today we went to my parent's house. My mom is the Primary President and they were having the annual summertime water party in her backyard. It is a blast. Some of you already know this but those who don't. My parents have a really big hill in their backyard and using a really long piece of construction plastic they make a waterslide down the hill. It is so fun. Everyone loves it. The ward and extended family are always asking to have water parties at my parents house. Nora and Olivia loved it. It seems they love anything that has to do with water. Yesterday I took them to the kiddie swimming pool at the sports academy and they were both splashing like seals. All the other kids were looking at them and cringing because they didn't want to get splashed. I think they are both like their mom in that way. I love the water. On Saturday we went boating at Glendale, did some wakeboarding and tubing. The next day on our way home from church Livvy said, "Daggy I wango boat'n righ now!!!" I just melted. Thats my girl!!!

Thank You Grandma!!

Grandma Debbie gave Nora a Princess Craft book. It has all kinds of projects and a couple of recipes too. Nora absolutely loves it. Everyday she asks me "what hart project are we going to do today?" I love that she calls them heart projects. One day we decided to make this princess castle. It was so fun. You should try it. We used a big graham cracker box and glued construction paper on it. The cylinders are paper towel rolls that have been cut in half and painted. The cone is just a piece of paper rolled up and glued and the toothpicks have little white triangles glued on. It was so fun. It is Nora's pride and joy. She has it sitting on her shelf in her bedroom. Nora also loves to make "Scoobies". It is actually a smoothie recipe in the book but she calls them scoobies. I think it is so cute.

HI!!!

Wow!!! Two months is a long time. Sorry about that. We have been pretty busy though. We moved into our new house in Hyde Park on April 26th. We love it. It is so nice. The bonus room is fabulous for the girls. Now they have lots of room to run around which is nice since we don't have a yard in yet. In order to catch up I am going to try and post as many things as possible in the next few days or maybe I'll just combine them all into one big post.
